Dr. Shirley Ayangbah is the Founder and Executive Director of The Ayangbah Foundation. An International Legal Economist with a strong background in education, economic research, and community development, she brings a global perspective to advancing opportunity and impact.

She leads the foundation’s mission to empower underserved communities through education, workforce readiness, and strategic partnerships—both locally and internationally.
